Southern Rustic Candle Co. didn’t begin as a business plan. It began with a small-town Southern Alabama woman searching for healing, who found herself making candles as a simple hobby.

With each little flame and every new fragrance embracing me with a feeling of peace and cozy comfort—in my home and within myself—something began to change. What started as a hobby became a passion, and that passion gave me a purpose I wanted to share with others.

I dedicated countless hours to researching, learning, and perfecting my techniques, carefully choosing natural, non-toxic ingredients such as premium luxury coconut-apricot wax to create quality handcrafted candles with a longer, slower, cleaner burn and a rich, lasting aroma.

Today, every candle is hand-poured in small batches right here in Southern Alabama. To me, a candle is more than an aroma—it’s a feeling. A little piece of my healing is poured into every jar, with the hope that when you light one, its flame and fragrance embrace you with that same sense of peace, warmth, and cozy comfort that first embraced me.
