My Story

This didn’t start as a business. It started as survival.Walking through loss and heartbreak, I needed something to hold onto. I needed to see beauty in life again, God listens, & sends healing in many forms and one flame at a time, I found healing. I poured small batches, tested fragrances, listened to every review like it was a love letter. I was learning to heal and learning to run a business at the same time — more than I bargained for, but I rolled with it.Those small batches weren’t a shortcut. They were the foundation.Every pour led somewhere. Every scent that earned your heart became a piece of something bigger — the Southern Rustic Candle Co. Original Collection. Blended in home hand-poured Signature Collection right here in southern Alabama, made from everything I know about learned and everything you loved.I’m still healing. Still learning. Still grateful. It’s more than a candle it’s a feeling.

I have two candles and several wax melts from Southern Rustic. They all smell so heavenly and burn so smoothly and evenly! My sage and sea moss candle has the crackling wood wick, which sounds so cozy on these recent cold and snowy days! The wax melts are so buttery, and the scent is so long lasting! Not to mention the removal from the warmers is a breeze! 10 out of 10 would recommend!
