At Southern Rustic Candle Co., we want your order to arrive safely and as quickly as possible. Here's everything you need to know about how we ship.
Free Shipping
Enjoy FREE shipping on all orders $50 and over! We want to make it easy for you to stock up on your favorite scents without worrying about shipping costs.
Shipping Carriers
We ship all orders via USPS using the following services:
- USPS Ground Advantage — our standard, reliable shipping option for most orders
- USPS Priority Mail — faster delivery, typically 1–3 business days
The shipping method and rate for your order are calculated by weight at checkout, so you'll always see your exact shipping cost before placing your order.
Processing Time
All orders are hand-poured and packed with care right here in southern Alabama. Please allow 3–5 business days for processing before your order ships. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your package is on its way.
Estimated Delivery Times
- USPS Ground Advantage: 2–5 business days after shipment
- USPS Priority Mail: 1–3 business days after shipment
Please note that delivery times are estimates provided by USPS and may vary during peak seasons or due to carrier delays outside of our control.
Local Pickup
If you're local to southern Alabama, you're welcome to select local pickup at checkout. I'll reach out to arrange the details with you directly.
Damaged or Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo of the damage. We'll make it right — whether that's a replacement or a refund.
For lost packages, please reach out and we'll work with USPS to locate your shipment.
